Captain Lee Rosbach and Captain Sandy Yawn both seem to really crack the whip when it comes to their respective crews. However, one of these fearless leaders may be a little more lenient, according to Captain Lee.

When asked if he or Captain Sandy is the stricter boss during a recent interview with Us Weekly, Captain Lee was quick to give the title to himself. "It's not a democracy onboard. You don't get a vote," he explained. "And if I want your opinion, I'll ask you for it, but that's highly unlikely."

Now Captain Sandy may have been a little bit more nurturing in Season 2 of Below Deck Mediterranean, but her fierceness definitely came out in Season 3. Need we remind you of those intense moments with Hannah Ferrier and Conrad Empson last season? We definitely wouldn't want to cross Captain Sandy!

Captain Lee had more to say about the Below Deck Med crew to Us Weekly, sharing that he thinks Hannah would be most likely to hook up with a charter guest since she seemed to come close to doing so in the past. And when given the option of having Hannah, who he's never worked with, and longtime leader of Below Deck's interior, Kate Chastain, as his chief stew, the choice was clear for Captain Lee. "I don't have to be concerned with anything Kate does," he said. "She doesn't come to me with small, petty problems. She just deals with it and moves on."

Check out more of Captain Lee's thoughts on the Below Deck Med crew from his appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in October. Then catch a preview of an all-new episode of Below Deck on Tuesday at 9/8c, below.
