Like many people around the world, Captain Lee Rosbach is adopting several measures to stay safe and healthy amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and he's imploring others to do the same.

How to Watch

The Below Deck boss, who turned 70 years old in November 2019, shared how he's been keeping busy while practicing social distancing at his home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. "You hear that, guys? That's Mother Nature at her best, and that's what we need to be right now is at our best. So I'm doing my thing, just heading out on the bike, leaving the beast [his car] behind and going out for a solitary ride," Captain Lee said while sitting on his bike in his driveway in a video on Instagram on March 20. "So everybody needs to do their part, stay safe, do your social distancing, and hang in there. We're gonna get through this."

In another video posted on Instagram on March 22, Captain Lee offered some words of wisdom to his fans — as only he can. "Out here in the backyard just kicking it a little bit. I just want to check in on everybody, make sure everybody's still doing the right thing, hanging in there, hanging tough. Like I said before, we're gonna get through this," Captain Lee shared. "We don't have to get our knickers in a wad over it; we just need to keep doing the right thing and not screw the pooch on this deal. That means washing our hands, keeping our social distance, and not going out unless you have to."

Captain Lee went on to encourage his fans to remain positive during this difficult time. "Pretty soon, this too shall pass, and we will come out the other side stronger and better for it," he said. "So take care of your loved ones, do the right thing, and make sure you're practicing good hygiene. And on the other side, I'll see every one of you."

Captain Lee also noted in the Instagram post that he and his wife, Mary Anne, "are well." "We will come [through] this if we all pull together," he shared.
