Adam Kenworthy Teases His Plans for Culinary Domination

Carole Radziwill's boyfriend discusses his life and career outside of #RHONY.

Adam Kenworthy may have made a splash during The Real Housewives of New York City Season 8 finale after he arrived at a bash with a new haircut, but the personal chef/foodie and Carole Radziwill's longtime love has his sights set on a lot more than creating a buzz for his latest look. In fact, Adam has plans to take the business he's already creating in the food space and expanding.

"I think I see myself as an entrepreneur more than a chef — an artist as well, just a creative in general," he told The Daily Dish, noting his love of photography and music in addition to food. "It's nice to keep the horizon really broad versus being laser-focused in one specific area. I would say I still am laser-focused in cooking, but it's nice to have some other avenues to express my creativity and my business mind."

For now, he's all about creating food that inspires people. Adam identifies as flexitarian (he embraced a vegetarian lifestyle after seeing the 2009 documentary Food, Inc.) and his specialties in the kitchen certainly reflect that commitment to a plant-based lifestyle. For example, when it comes to whipping up something tasty in the kitchen, he looks for any excuse to reinvent salads. "I feel like there's just an infinite amount of possibilities with different greens you're using, how you can present it," he said. "And then, of course, with salad dressings you can make just a million types of salad dressings. So I never get bored with salads. They might all look similar, maybe I present in a certain style."

In addition to reinventing an old favorite, Adam does see himself "getting more into the business side of things" one day. "[I want to] bundle up all the different passions I have and apply them to the world of business and commerce." And that could mean opening up his own restaurant. "I think that that could happen," he said. "It's not something I'm focused on in the immediate future, but I definitely see that as something that can happen in the near future... maybe the next couple years. I think there's been a lot of people asking about it, and a lot of people saying they would come eat there. The reservations won't be an issue, maybe finding the right price space would be more of an issue here in New York."
