The singer shared a rare glimpse of her face after taking a nasty fall last year.
After taking a nasty tumble in her home last year, Carrie Underwood warned fans that she might look a little different from there on out. After all, the injurious fall forced the singer to get some 40 stitches in her face. And though she took the setback like a champ— and even kept fans posted on her healing progress — the country star has been relatively camera-shy for the past few months.
But on April 4, Underwood took to Instagram to share a rare snap of her lovely face. The black-and-white image shows the American Idol alum in profile, sitting behind a mixing board.
Fans were glad to see the crooner back at the studio, and also noted that her face doesn't seem to have changed. "I don't see a difference!" wrote one Instagram user. Another commented: "No difference to me! Beautiful still!"
