Celine Dion's Late Husband Rene Angelil Honored with Las Vegas Tribute
Music producer David Foster paid homage to the late music manager with an emotional performance.
Celine Dion's late husband and manager, Rene Angelil, was remembered at a memorial service held Wednesday at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The music mogul passed away last month after a lengthy battle with throat cancer. According to the CBC, during the service Celine spoke publicly for the first time since his death. David Foster also appeared at the memorial and performed "The Colour of My Love," as a nod to their fairytale wedding held 21 years ago (see video of his performance below). David co-wrote and produced the track for Celine's 1993 album of the same name.

Celine spoke following David's performance, dubbing it "his best performance ever," before remembering her lifelong companion in an emotional speech. The memorial was attended by family, including Rene's children from his marriage to Celine as well as from a previous marriage, and his brothers.
