Even Michelin-quality chefs sometimes have off days. That's exactly what happened to Below Deck Sailing Yacht chef Natasha De Bourg in the March 22 episode of the show.

While preparing dinner for a large group of nine charter guests, all of whom had different meal preferences, Natasha appeared to be a bit flustered in the galley. She later opened up about what she was feeling during that intense dinner service in a post on Instagram on March 22.

"I have gotten lots of feedback, good and bad, on the new episode of Below Deck Sailing Yacht. Many of you are asking what happened to me to throw me off so badly in the galley," Natasha shared. "While I strive for perfection as much as possible, I am human and humans are imperfect. We all have bad days. You guys are just seeing one of mine."

The post featured a photo of Natasha "trying not to freak out" before she made her debut on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on March 22. "I appreciate all the love," Natasha concluded her post. "Keep watching! It gets worse and then better!"

During her appearance on WWHL, Natasha and her fellow guest, Below Deck Mediterranean's Hannah Ferrier, dished on high maintenance charter guests. Andy Cohen specifically wanted to know Natasha's thoughts on large parties requesting an all-plated meal versus a buffet service. "I have no problem at all, but just remember, as I said, I'm a chef... I don't do magic," Natasha replied. "You get what you get."

However, that doesn't mean Natasha takes the easy way out. In fact, she said she doesn't mind guest preference sheets. "I like to be challenged," Natasha told Andy on WWHL. "So whatever it is would work for me."

And we know Natasha can handle anything that comes her way.
