Every Time Jax Taylor's Son Cruz Was His Mini Me

From a faux mustache to a flashy tux, see all the times Cruz Cauchi has been twinning with his famous father, Jax Taylor.

These two are giving a whole new meaning to the phrase like father, like son.

Whether it’s donning a faux mustache or looking dapper in a tiny tux, Jax Taylor’s son Cruz Cauchi is already proving he’s an adorably miniature version of his famous father.

Jax — who will return to Bravo in the new series The Valley this Spring — may have traded “bottle service in West Hollywood for baby bottles in the Valley,” but the move is clearly agreeing with him.

The former bartender and model described his son Cruz as his "pride and joy" in an interview with E! News last year.

“He’s all that matters in my life. I love being a dad more than anything,” Jax confessed. “I didn’t know how I was going to be as a dad, but I just knew when the time came I would be a good father.”

To see just how similar Cruz, who will turn 3 in April, is to the reality star, check out these cute photos of Jax’s mini-me:

Even at just a few months old, Cruz was hoping, just like his dad, that his adorable grin would get him out of trouble — and it likely worked!

“Being sneaky because he didn’t want to go to sleep last night,” the Instagram photo was captioned.

In the image, a dark-haired Cruz, wearing a white and black checked onesie, is seen grinning at the camera wide awake while his dad— who is holding him in the shot — is sound asleep on a set of comfy pillows on the couch.

Cruz gave his dad’s signature ‘stache a try as part of his darling miniature carnival weightlifter costume for Halloween. Aside from the epic mustache, Cruz also donned a flesh colored onesie, complete with a faux heart tattoo, over a red and white striped leotard accessorized with a black belt and large gold belt buckle. A tiny fake dumbbell with “50 lbs” written on each end finished off the look in the snap shared by his dad.

“Hope everyone had a safe and happy Halloween,” Jax captioned the post.

The family that wears matching jammies together, stays together. Jax, Brittany and Cruz all showed off their holiday spirit in a snap of the family of three sitting in front of a Christmas tree wearing matching black, white and red Christmas pajamas as they celebrated their first holiday together.

“Merry Christmas from my family to yours,” Brittany wrote alongside the precious snapshot. “Christmas was extra special this year.”

Much like his dad, Cruz loves a little time poolside. On a vacation to Kentucky, 1-year-old Cruz was showing off his water skills as he played with a water table set up next to a large swimming pool.

“This boy loves a good water table,” the shot was captioned.

Jax hasn’t been shy about his love for Hooters — in fact, wife Brittany was inducted into the Hooters Hall of Fame after years of working at the restaurant chain — and it seems the nut doesn’t fall too far from the tree.

Cruz happily posed next to a Hooters waitress in 2023 as he sat in a high chair at the Long Beach, California restaurant. Jax proudly proclaimed to Rolling Stone that same year that his son “loves” the wing restaurant.

The family was all smiles as they launched their authentic “Jax & Brittany Merch” in 2023. In the picture perfect photo, Jax and Brittany each wore black hooded sweatshirts with Jax’s famous catch phrase “#1 Guy in the Group” written on the front, while Cruz coordinated in a black t-shirt.

“You just gotta laugh at all the memories we have shared over the years!” Brittany captioned the post. “We love you guys and we hope you enjoy!”

Cruz may not be ready for his driver’s license, but he’s a man who likes speed just like his dad. Jax and his son looked like twins in their matching trucker hats at a Hot Wheels event last year.

“Cruz & Daddy loving all the cool cars,” the precious snap was captioned.

Cruz may be just a toddler, but he’s already proved he’s a guy who enjoys the finer things in life. The toddler took in a million dollar view while lounging on a black and white chaise lounge during a “Malibu Staycation” in 2023.

To see more of Jax and his mini-me Cruz, tune in to The Valley, premiering Tuesday, March 19 at 9/8c on Bravo after a new episode of Vanderpump Rules.
