They say if you can't handle the heat to get out of the kitchen. Unless that kitchen houses dreamboat Curtis Stone and one of our favorite gingies, Conan O'Brien. (That's the expression, right?) During Curtis Stone's appearance on Conan this week things got downright dirty and double entendres soared to new heights as the Aussie hottie attempted to teach the late-night host how to impress the ladies with a supposedly simple dish.
Pork Saltimbocca was on the menu (a fancy name for pork with proscuitto and sage), and after Curtis tried to show Conan how to utilize plastic bags to aid in the tenderizing process, hilarity naturally ensued. After a failed attempt by Conan to successfully get his cutlet into a plastic bag, Curtis had to pause after quipping, "Date night doesn't start well when you can't get it in the bag, Conan."
After finally getting the hang of it, Conan got a little overzealous with the mallot. "What happened to mine? It came out of the bag!" Conan exclaimed. "You were pounding it way too hard!" Curtis responded, once again drawing laughs from the audience. As with any good piece of meat (come on, I had to get in on the joke, too!), it had to be perfectly seasoned with a good mix of spices. Curtis, of course had Conan covered. "We're going to bump and grind our spices."
