The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum got together for a sushi night out at Nobu Atlanta with Sanya Richards-Ross, Marlo Hampton, and Shereé Whitfield in honor of the latter peach holder’s 53rd birthday on January 2.

“First dinner out in 2023! So far so good!” Cynthia wrote in an Instagram caption on January 3, a day after the festivities, before adding that the year was “Off to a great start! Love me some sushi!”

The model went on to post a group photo featuring all the dinner guests.

“Fun impromptu birthday dinner celebrating the beautiful birthday girl [Shereé Whitfield],” Cynthia captioned the group shot. “Good times catching up with these juicy peaches!”

Cynthia’s dinner pals (and a few other notable Atlanta residents) showed love for the mom of one in the comments.

“Stunning,” Shereé wrote, adding a kissing face emoji and a flame. Sanya shared three red hearts, while Kenya Moore, who wasn’t at the dinner, posted three flame emojis. Fellow RHOA alum Phaedra Parks also added heart eye emojis.

Cynthia clearly kicked off the new year in style, and it seems she’s happy to be able to put 2022 behind her.

In October 2022, just before Cynthia headed to New York for BravoCon, she announced her split from her husband of less than two years, Mike Hill.

“LOVE is a beautiful thing. While we both will always have love for one another, we have decided to go our separate ways. No one is to blame, and we are grateful that we remain good friends. We will always cherish the many memories we’ve shared together as husband and wife,” the exes wrote in a joint statement on October 12. “Many of you have been on this journey with us from the very beginning, and we appreciate our family, friends and beloved fans for your positive support as we move forward and start new chapters. Thank you for your prayers and well wishes!”

The former spouses finalized their divorce in December, just in time to close the chapter on their marriage before the year wrapped up. Now Cynthia is kicking off 2023 in style with her friends.
