The mom of three has plenty of pets living in her Malibu home. Her family of furry friends includes a number of rescue dogs, a cat, a horse, and even a pig. One of her dogs, Jasper, seems to be particularly missing Henry the pug. Denise shared a photo of the cute pup laying on Henry’s bed.

“Jasper is missing Henry...he’s laying on his bed,” Denise wrote in an Instagram post on March 22.

Henry clearly got along well with all of Denise’s animals, as she explained in the post announcing his passing on March 22.

“He loved every dog, cat, pig, human, animal,” she wrote. “The most easy-going personality, and as every pug parent knows, the most sensitive. Never one to hide his feelings. Or...one to miss a meal.”

Denise also explained that for her family, the pug had an extremely special connection.

“He was the last dog of our family to know his Nana (my mom), and now he is with her and his siblings that have passed before him,” she explained.

Denise is truly an animal lover, and seems to almost always be willing to add more pets to her home. While shooting a movie in Spain, she posted a sweet photo with a stray dog and wrote, “Wish I could bring him home.” She even tagged her husband, Aaron Phyper, explaining, “He’s been wandering on set since we got here.”
