Meghan Markle Has to Follow All of These Intimidating New Etiquette Rules

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (formerly Meghan Markle) was born in Los Angeles, California and had a quintessential West Coast accent — up until recently. Now, it sounds like she's starting to speak her words with a bit of a British accent.

E! posted a fan's tweet with a video of meeting Meghan, and if you listen, you can hear the beginnings of a different way of speaking.
