Does Nick Dubrow Still Work for the Altmans? New Details on His Real Estate Career
Josh and Heather Altman give an exclusive update on Heather Dubrow's son's internship with The Altman Brothers.
In July 2023, Heather Dubrow's son Nick Dubrow revealed exciting career news: He got his real estate license and was interning for Josh Altman and Heather Altman's company, The Altman Brothers. Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles viewers got to see a glimpse of Nick at work with Josh and Heather on Season 15, Episode 3, and recently, the couple also shared if Nick has continued his career with them.
During the July 24 episode, Heather said to Nick, "Your mom is constantly texting me to check in to make sure we're harassing you enough." Nick pointed at Josh and quipped, "He's doing a good job."
In an episode interview, Josh joked that after he and Heather sold the Dubrows' iconic house for $55 million in 2022, Nick automatically had an in at the company.
"If you buy or sell a 50-plus million dollar house with the Altman Brothers, your children get to work with us," he lightheartedly declared. "Nick Dubrow, he's coming in as a boy, he's leaving a man. It's like his bar mitzvah."

Josh and Heather Altman open up about working with Nick Dubrow
In a June interview with The Daily Dish, Heather explained that Nick is no longer on their team.
"He’s not interning with us currently, but the door’s always open," she said. "He was a great intern ... He was doing the internship while school was going on."
Josh added, "We thought he was great. We love him, and the door’s always open for him if he wants to pursue becoming a rockstar real estate agent."
Although Josh joked during the episode that Nick secured the internship after his deal with Heather and Terry Dubrow, Heather clarified that Nick's parents being clients did not automatically get him a spot on the team.
"We have clients all the time ask us to bring their kids on as interns, and not all of them are the best fit, so you have to tread lightly and figure out how to handle it," Heather shared with The Daily Dish last month. "With Nick Dubrow, he was amazing, hard worker, smart guy."
"We know how his parents are and, obviously, he was brought up by them, so you know you’ll get somebody who’s a hard worker, a hustler," Josh added. "And that’s exactly what it was."
How did Nick Dubrow get his internship with Josh and Heather Altman?
In a 2023 interview with The Daily Dish, Nick explained that Josh's sale of the Dubrow family's house did ultimately help get in the door at The Altman Brothers.
“He was our agent,” Nick explained. “And it just became this thing where I’m like, ‘Huh, I’m getting my license. Maybe I can come intern with you.’”
