Brielle Biermann Has a Big Announcement

Brielle Biermann wants to be an independent woman. The Don't Be Tardy daughter broke the news to her parents in Season 6's penultimate episode that she planned to move in with her boyfriend Michael Kopech after the baseball season ended and she received her real estate license.

That announcement caused some major drama at the family's first dinner in Turks and Caicos since Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann have long been against Brielle moving in with her boyfriend before they got engaged.

It appears that Brielle has since reconsidered her future plans with Michael. "Me and Michael have both agreed that it would be best for me to live on my own for six months to a year to gain some independence and figure out the world on my own," Brielle said during a recent interview with TooFab. "I don't ever want to have to depend on a man, so I want to learn to do things on my own and support myself before I go from living in my parents' house to living with a man."

Brielle went on to say that she's still figuring out her "passion in life" and whether that means she will be going to college or jumping right into the workforce. In the meantime, she plans to continue to live with her family in their Atlanta home and move into her own place around the time of her 21st birthday in February, which her parents support. "I love being home, and I love being with my siblings and my family," she said. "Being here is also kind of allowing me to live rent free, but just because I live at home doesn't mean my parents are paying for everything. People think they're paying for my vacations or my food or my car or my clothes or my makeup. People think I freeload off my parents, and I don't. I actually have different sources of income. I'm very independent, and I take care of myself aside from a roof over my head."
