Married to Medicine's Dr. Heavenly Kimes is a busy woman who's not afraid to keep it real. For starters, she recently shared a make-up free selfie with her Instagram followers and was prepared for their constructive criticism. "Okay guys. Take it easy on me... I have thick skin. But it can be penetrated! Lol," she wrote about the before and after photos. But it turns out she doesn't need to worry, because she looks pretty heavenly either way. (Whatever the doctor is doing is working!)
