Dr. Heavenly Kimes Reacts to the Married to Medicine Cast's Comments About Her Dentist Title

The Married to Medicine dentist also made a major announcement about her career on WWHL.

By Laura Rosenfeld

Among all of the healthcare professionals on Married to Medicine, Dr. Heavenly Kimes is the sole dentist, which is something her cast mates sometimes like to point out, even poking a little fun at her DDS title when compared to all the MDs on the show.

How to Watch

Watch Married to Medicine now streaming on Peacock and the Bravo App.

So, when Dr. Heavenly appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on March 28, one fan wanted to know if she is ever "insulted when other cast mates often play down your doctor title because you're a dentist?"

"You know what? Not really, because I know I'm a doctor," Dr. Heavenly replied. "But I honestly have always said I'm a wife and a mother first, so no, it does not bother me, honestly."

Dr. Heavenly, added, "But I think it would bother the other doctors. Like, for my husband [Dr. Damon Kimes], I think it would bother him, for sure."

During the WWHL After Show, Dr. Heavenly also revealed that she wants to help other dentists achieve her level of success by resuming her Dr. Heavenly University training program when they can hold in-person courses again. "I'm doing Dr. Heavenly University when the world opens back up because we're still in quarantine," she said in the above clip. "But I want to teach people how to do implants and how to start a successful dental practice."

Dr. Heavenly is also using the business acumen she has built up in her dental career to start a new venture with someone very familiar to Bravo fans. "Well, I am doing a beauty supply store," Dr. Heavenly shared during the WWHL After Show. "Actually, Lia Dias from Married to Medicine L.A. actually is coaching me and consulting me on a beauty supply store."

Lia, who appeared in Season 2 of Married to Medicine Los Angeles, has her own online beauty supply store called The Girl Cave LA, which also has six brick and mortar locations in California and Texas. Dr. Heavenly's beauty supply store, Heavenly Beauty Atlanta, is currently up and running online, and she announced on Instagram earlier this month that she is getting ready to open an in-person storefront in Conyers, Georgia.
