In a September 10 Instagram post, Dr. Kendra shared an adorable snap of Hart looking ready to conquer the world.

“This was Hart today. He was on his way to interview a daycare. It’s so hard to let go,” Dr. Kendra explained in the caption, adding the hashtags “New mom woes,” and “He is growing up so fast.”

Dr. Kendra opened up a discussion in the comment section of the post, writing, “My heart hurts sis,” in response to a follower who wrote, “U got this sis.” Another comment read, “That is definitely hard, kids learn so much with other kids. Is hard to let go. Your little superhero looks adorable,” to which Dr. Kendra replied, “That is what I’m telling myself. That he will learn more.”

In a September 3 post, Kendra reflected on some of the questions she asks herself as a working mom.

“God help me be a good mother. I’m still figuring it all out and when I do, something changes or something comes up. The balance of everything. What’s the best plan? The self doubt. Am I working too much? I just can’t. The last two days have been stressful with work and childcare,” she said.

During the May 24 episode of Married to Medicine Los Angeles, Kendra explained that returning to work allows her to take time for herself, noting, "Me time is work time." Watch Kendra and her husband discuss her decision in the clip, below.
