Emily Simpson Got Ready for Her First Reunion with a Little Help from a Real Housewives of Orange County Alum

There's nothing more nerve-wracking than heading into your first Real Housewives reunion. But luckily for Emily Simpson, who just filmed her first Real Housewives of Orange County reunion last week, she had a beloved OC alum help her get reunion-ready from her confidence to her glam.

Lynne Curtin, who appeared in Seasons 4 and 5 of RHOC, gave Emily a hydrafacial at OC Peel Bar, where she currently works as a celebrity aesthetician, right before this season's reunion. However, Lynne, who has given Emily "the best hydrafacials" before, told The Daily Dish during a recent interview over the phone that Emily didn't really seem to need a pep talk before heading into the reunion. In fact, the attorney's legal experience may have helped her more than anything else. "She said she’s prepared, like she’s going to court. She said she’s all prepared," Lynne noted. "It’s like she’s prepared for trial."

 Lynne said that she wishes she had been more like Emily and prepared evidence to present at her RHOC reunions. "Wow, that’s what I did wrong? Darn!" she joked to The Daily Dish.

The RHOC alum has spent time getting to know both Emily and her fellow new girl Gina Kirschenheiter over the past couple months. Lynne treated Gina to a hydrafacial in September, and Gina was also spotted rocking one of the RHOC alum's famous cuff bracelets at an event at Saks Fifth Avenue in California earlier this month.

Lynne said she hopes Emily and Gina can learn from her mistakes as they navigate the wild ride that is RHOC. "Just say what you feel at the moment, don’t hesitate. You know what I mean? Even if it’s, like, really bad and you don’t want to say it, just say it," she said of what advice she'd give Emily and Gina on being a part of RHOC. "The only thing I regret now is, like, God I was too nice."
