We're Still Not Over Emily Simpson's RHOC Season 15 Reunion Binder

When The Real Housewives of Orange County cast got together to film the Season 15 reunion, Emily Simpson definitely came prepared. In fact, the attorney made sure she brought her reunion binder to the stage, as fans got to see when she got up at one point during the reunion. The binder was tucked away behind her on her chair.

"Every attorney needs a highlighter and a binder," Emily shared with Bravotv.com behind-the-scenes in the video above, where she also shared all the juicy secrets about this season's binder.

The Season 15 reunion was definitely filled with many confessions and unforgettable moments -- and at the end of the emotional reunion, Emily revealed the lesson she learned from this past RHOC season. She shared with Andy Cohen, and the cast, "I realized just how important family is, my husband, my children. That's my main priority. And our health. Everything else doesn't really matter."

Emily also provided the reunion-ending toast: "I would like to make a toast to everyone up here. I think everyone adds something and everyone has something beautiful about them. And I wish nothing but love and success for everyone up here. So here's to 2021, and here's to women empowerment and being successful and supporting one another."

It's not the first time that Emily has brought a binder to the reunion. Back in 2018, ahead of her first reunion, she opened up a bit more about why she decided to bring one. "I prepared for the reunion like I prepare for trial. I was like, I’m an attorney, this is a trial. I had a binder, I printed off everybody’s blogs, I read everybody’s blogs through a few times. I highlighted anything that was relevant to me, made notes to the side, I had text messages, anytime somebody did an interview and it talked about me or it talked about Shane I had it printed and highlighted. I was prepared, let’s go. I took [the binder] to the reunion but I didn’t take it out on the couch," she told Decider at the time.

She shared a similar sentiment with Page Six, saying in 2018, “I probably over prepared for my first reunion because I took it like it was a trial. I was kind of ridiculous but I basically went through every blog that anyone had ever written and printed it out and I took notes and I highlighted any article that I had written where I had mentioned that people had made comments about me or about my husband or whatever. I printed that out and then I organized it by person so I had tabs. So I just I knew if I had to bring up something or I had to refer to something it was pretty well established in my brain because I had just read it — I actually didn’t take the binder I made to the couch with me.”
