Erika Jayne Reveals if She Still Talks to Ex-Husband Tom Girardi

Erika Jayne is rebuilding her life after a difficult divorce on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Her new era includes a Las Vegas residency, a new lease on life thanks to advice from a therapist, and a quest to have a great love affair.

On the January 17 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Erika opened up about her current relationship with ex-husband Tom Girardi, and the moment when she realized she needed to make a change in their dynamic.
Is Erika Jayne still in touch with ex-husband Tom Girardi?
WWHL host Andy Cohen asked if she still takes calls from Tom in the wake of their split, and the Bet It All on Blonde performer revealed that she's stopped communicating with the former attorney.
"No, I thought I told you this, the day I euthanized my dog — that was the last day,” she said on the show, referencing the passing of her Dutch Shepherd, Tiago, in October 2023. "I couldn’t take it. I was literally holding my dog, he was dying in my arms, and Tom kept calling. I was like ‘I can’t do this any longer.’ That was it. I can’t do it."
Since then, Erika has maintained a no contact policy with her ex-husband.
Erika Jayne Talks About the End of Her Marriage
Though Erika is looking to move forward in her life, she did reflect on the conclusion of her relationship with Tom on RHOBH Season 13, Episode 4.
"[In] the end, Tom and I fought about everything. Nothing was harmonious," she said in an interview on the episode about the moment she knew that the relationship had run its course. "We had both descended into resentment for each other, and that is when your marriage is over."
She said that her relationship with her ex "changed" her.
"My life will forever be changed, and I will forever be changed," she said about what she's gone through since she filed for divorce in November 2020. "Because going through something like this really shifts you inside. But, I think I can start to have some fun and some normalcy, because, for the longest time, I didn't have any of that."
