Eileen Davidson Defends Faye Resnick: "She's a Lovely Person"
The soap star thinks the #RHOBH friend is being unfairly treated in the press.
With her return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and upcoming portrayal by actress Connie Britton in American Crime Story: The People vs. O.J. Simpson, Faye Resnick is the talk of the town right now. Of course, since her role in O.J.'s murder trial was controversial, not all of the chatter has been positive. But in addition to her longtime friend Kyle Richards, Faye can also count on Eileen Davidson for support. "She's getting slammed right now in the press for some reason," Eileen said during Tuesday night's episode of Watch What Happens Live. "She's a lovely person and beautiful inside and out."
Eileen's fellow WWHL guest Michele Lee also knows Faye and had kind words to say about her. "Faye Resnick is a very nice person," she told Andy Cohen.
On the contrary, we've seen RHOBH newbie Kathryn Edwards have ill feelings toward Faye this season. She confronted Faye about her 1994 book Nicole Brown Simpson: The Private Diary of a Life Interrupted, in which Faye alleges that Kathryn's ex-husband Marcus Allen had an affair with Nicole Brown Simpson while the two were engaged, during Kyle's barbecue in Tuesday night's episode. Though it wasn't exactly a replay of "The Dinner Party from Hell," it doesn't look like their issues have been completely resolved, as this preview from next week's RHOBH shows.
