Jeff Lewis Just Introduced Us to His “Second Baby” (PHOTOS)
The Flipping Out designer just welcomed a new member to his family and shared the first photos.
Flipping Out designer Jeff Lewis just shared a major life update. He’s a dad again… well, to a fur baby at least. He confirmed that he welcomed a puppy into his life on Instagram on Monday, January 16.
Jeff shared a photo of the adorable baby dog and captioned the snapshot with his signature snark: “Stop asking me if I’m going to have a second baby. Here he is!”
When Jeff appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen back in December, he shared whether he plans to welcome any more human babies into his life after becoming a dad to his daughter, Monroe, in 2016 (he co-parents her with his ex, Gage Edward).
“I may. We’ll see what happens,” he shared during the Clubhouse appearance. “I look very young, but I’m getting older.”
Jeff has always kept fans up to date on the latest in his personal life, including his plans to perhaps expand his family and welcome a sibling for Monroe.
Back in March on his SiriusXM show, Jeff confirmed that “Embryo No. 9, Jeff Junior, did not make it.” He noted that he was “100 percent convinced” his goal of having another child via surrogate was going to happen around that time, adding, “It was very, very disappointing… I was stunned because I was just so committed. Like, this was happening.”
Jeff has been open about how much he enjoys being a parent, sharing in an interview with People over the summer last year: “I really am fulfilled being a parent. Like, much more fulfilling than anything I’ve ever done. And I get so much joy out of just even the little things with her [Monroe].”
As you can see from another photo he shared of his new dog to Instagram Stories, Monroe seems quite happy with her new furry friend.
