Fredrik Eklund teamed up with the Hulk, Spiderman and Captain America yesterday in Times Square to show off the Million Dollar Listing New York star’s signature move: the high kick.

There wasn’t a caption for the adorable pic, but we’re pretty sure it speaks for itself.

The number one agent in New York City recently opened up about his high kick and gave tips on how others could join the movement. “When you get really good at it, you can control that slow kick and add your hands,” he says. “Pretend you are a Tyrannosaurus rex, with angled hands downward, then kick and make a sound effect. I like the 'Weeeee' in a light Michael Jackson voice.”

”You can also finish off with a crazy face after the sound effect, like it’s an attack on your enemy,” he adds. “Show your teeth.”

Fredrik also recalled a special moment where the high kick came in handy. “When it was announced at an award ceremony that my team became number one in the nation, I let the microphone go and took center position on stage, beneath the spotlights. I high-kicked as my loved ones applauded, screamed, and jumped up and down, and my competition reeled,” he says.

And if you ever run into the MDLNY star, don’t be shy about high kicking alongside him! “People run up to me every day and ask me to do a high-kick with them in photos, and I love them for it,” he says. “Taxi cars drive by with people high-kicking out the window.”

The kick is a leitmotif for some of the most important recommendations in this book: to be yourself, to have a signature, to give people something to remember, to be on top of your game, and to do it with humor and style. Have you read Malcolm Gladwell’s book The Tipping Point? The tipping point is that magic moment when an idea, trend, or social behavior crosses a threshold, tips, and spreads like wildfire. Construction workers yell out from scaffolding, “Fredrik!” and do a high-kick. Yes!!! In customs last week at Newark Airport, the customs officer looked at my passport, stood up from his stool, and did a high-kick! -The Sell 😜😜😜
