Fredrik Eklund and James Harris Are Teasing Some Upcoming "DRAAAAAMA" on MDLLA
The MDLNY agent will join the brokers on MDLLA's upcoming Season 13 full time, teasing that he'll "ruffle feathers."
Now that Fredrik Eklund is living and working across two coasts, the real estate broker is sharing a bit about what it's like being a full-time broker on both Million Dollar Listing New York (Season 9 premieres in May) and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles (Season 13 premieres later this summer).
"It wasn't easy but I'm so grateful to be able to let the cameras in on the good, bad and ugly of working bicoastal and ruffle feathers of brokers everywhere," he told PEOPLE.
And while the agents faced new challenges amid the pandemic, Fredrik found some optimism in it all, as he explained to the publication. He said, "2020 was a sad and difficult year for all of us, but the real estate markets did very well all over. And the expansion of my team and working in LA too helped to make it our best year ever."
And viewers aren't the only ones excited to see Fredrik join the MDLLA brokers for the new season. James Harris is clearly also pretty psyched. "Letsssssss go Season 13. Missing @fredrikeklundny here but welcome to the LA cast!!! Time for the DRAAAAAMA," he shared on Instagram this week, posting a photo of himself as well as Josh Altman, Josh Flagg, Tracy Tutor, and David Parnes, who are all returning for MDLLA Season 13. Fredrik has appeared on MDLLA in the past, including in Season 12.
But first, MDLNY premieres in May with Fredrik and the rest of the East Coast brokers, Ryan Serhant, Steve Gold, Tyler Whitman, and newcomer Kirsten Jordan, wheeling and dealing in the Big Apple and beyond in the Empire state. Season 9 premieres on Thursday, May 6 at 9/8c.
