From Top Chef to Top Mom

Congrats and mazel to Top Chef Season 4 cheftestant Nikki Cascone and husband Brad Grossman, who welcomed a baby boy last Monday. Little Jackson "Jax" Robert Grossman is a healthy 7 lbs., 4 oz. and 19 inches long.

Fans may remember the new mother from Top Chef's heated fourth season in Chicago, where Nikki cooked alongside Top Chef All-Stars Spike Mendelsohn, Richard Blais, Dale Talde, and Antonia Lofaso. This isn't the couple's only new arrival -- Nikki and Brad launched Octavia's Porch in New York City last month, serving up their high-end take on Jewish comfort food (try the duck with latkes).
