Following Jeff's recent comments that he and Gage are now engaged in a difficult custody battle over 2-year-old daughter Monroe, Gage took to Instagram to share a new adorable photo of himself with their little girl. The pic shows Monroe cuddling with her dad with a stuffed animal in hand. Both Monroe and Gage have the biggest smiles on their faces. "All you need is love," Gage captioned the photo, along with a heart emoji.

Jeff shared an update on how things have been going with Gage since the two decided to call it quits in January during the June 18 episode of his Radio Andy show Jeff Lewis Live. He revealed that he and Gage recently met with their lawyers to discuss 50/50 custody of their daughter. Jeff claimed that Gage “came in hot and it was really ugly.”

The meeting was called after Jeff said he had received a "very nasty" letter, allegedly from Gage's attorney, asking for 50/50 custody of Monroe that would allow him to see her three-and-a-half days per week. “Unfortunately, during breakups you see people for who they really are,” Jeff said. “The problem is, when you hurt each other this way, it’s very hard to get through it. Sometimes people do such terrible things and say such terrible things.”

However, Jeff and Gage actually experienced a nice co-parenting moment on Father's Day as they took care of Monroe when she got sick. “It was such a great experience for us coming together,” Jeff said on his radio show.

Gage posted a photo from his first Father's Day since his split from Jeff, sharing that it was filled with "pure joy."
