Gizelle Bryant and Pastor Jamal Bryant may have reconciled, but the reunion was met with an unenthusiastic reaction from their three daughters, Angel, Adore, and Grace, as fans saw in the Season 5 premiere of The Real Housewives of Potomac.

"Well, I mean, my kids always are going to give me a hard time... they do just want what's best for me. They're very protective of me. So they're here for their parents," Gizelle said on Watch What Happens Live on Andy Cohen on August 2.

During Sunday's WWHL, Gizelle also shared if Jamal watches RHOP and why their relationship feels different this time around. Check out the clip for all those details, above.

In a recent interview with The Daily Dish podcast, Gizelle spoke more about her daughters' reaction to their parents' reconciliation.

"They're adjusting. At first they were weirded out, confused. But now I think that they are used to it and they're fine. At the end of the day, they just want me to be happy. And they're very protective of me, which makes me happy that they are really mama's girls and they just want to make sure that I'm happy. So they see that I am," she said. "So I think they're OK."

For now, Gizelle and their daughters will be in Potomac while Jamal is in Atlanta.

"No [plans to move in together] only because my kids are now in high school. I have three kids in high school. And I don't want to change that situation. High school is kind of important. So, no. But we do see each other a lot. And, you know, let's be clear. At the end of day, Gizelle kind of likes her freedom and her independence. I like to see you when I want to see you. And when I don't want to see you, I don't want to see you. So it's perfect," she said, with a laugh, on the podcast.

Gizelle joked on Twitter that her girls are more than willing to jump in the interview chair to share more if the opportunity should arise.
