Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi shared the sad news that her grandmother has passed away. The Shahs of Sunset cast member took to Instagram to pay a sweet tribute to her late grandmother.
On November 5, GG shared a vintage photo of her grandmother in her younger years. In the post, the Shahs of Sunset mom fondly recalled some of her grandmother’s best and most memorable qualities.
“My beautiful, strong, loving grandma has passed on,” she wrote in the caption alongside the unearthed picture.
The post drew a flood of supportive messages from both followers and friends, including one from Reza Farahan’s husband, Adam Neely. “I’m sorry babe,” he wrote in the comments section. “Crazy week we have had. Sending [you] lots of love and kisses.”
GG’s sister, Leila, also shared her own heartfelt tribute to their beloved grandmother on her Instagram. “Rest In Peace Grandma! Heaven has a new Angel today,” she wrote alongside a series of family photos.
