Gregg Leakes Takes to Instagram to Explain His Behavior with Nene Leakes Following Cancer Diagnosis

As fans saw on the recent episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Nene Leakes and Gregg Leakes are feeling the pressure as they continue to deal with his cancer diagnosis. And that pressure is leading to some emotional turmoil in their marriage as she serves as his caretaker in his battle with the disease.

And now Gregg has taken to Instagram to offer up an explanation of his behavior and apologize to his wife for being hard on her during this time.

"We always hurt the ones we love because they allow us to hurt them rather than snap back," he wrote. "I’m tired of hurting my wife who is only trying to take good care of me and wants only the best for me too. She deserves much more for her hard efforts and tireless hours spent on me. I pray to God to get it together. She’s done NO wrong. This is ALL on me. Cancer WILL change your Life."

Nene confirmed her husband's cancer diagnosis in June 2018; it was later revealed he was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. She recently chatted with The Daily Dish about how her family's life has changed since it all happened in the video clip above.
