Porsha Williams and Gizelle Bryant React to Hannah Berner's Engagement: "Why So Fast Honey?"

Hannah Berner is newly engaged, and Gizelle Bryant and Porsha Williams are getting in on the celebrations. 

In the video above, the co-hosts of Bravo’s Chat Room had a champagne toast for the exciting news, and shared their plans for Hannah’s upcoming wedding to fiancé Des Bishop. After sharing the details of how Des popped the question, Gizelle had some questions.

“But Hannah, you haven’t been dating this man that long, so why so fast, honey?” The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member asked.

“Because once you find the right one, you have to lock him down,” Hannah replied. 

And it sounds like when it comes to decision making, saying yes to Des isn’t the only choice Hannah was able to make confidently. The Summer House cast member already has a dress picked out for her special day. 

“The first dress I tried on I said, ‘This is the one.’ First dress!” she said, adding that it normally takes her a long time to pick out regular clothing items. 

When Porsha asked Hannah who has congratulated her out of her Summer House friends, the bride-to-be replied, “I got congratulations for everyone except like, Kyle [Cooke] was radio silent. Not a thing. But I expected that. He should learn to be happy for other people, because I was happy for him.”

“Well we were screaming,” said The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Porsha. “I checked our Chat Room text and Gizelle was going crazy! I’m talking about to the point where I was like, y’all gotta pull the plane over because I’ve got to see what’s going on. Pull the plane over, we’ve got a Chat Room emergency!” 

Finally, Hannah revealed some more specifics about her wedding plans and asked the ladies to join her in Shelter Island this August. It sounds like they should plan to play more of a role than just wedding guests. In fact, Gizelle even requested to be a bridesmaid.

"It's like me and Porshie, we're doing it," she said. "I think I need to be maid of honor." 

"Gizelle's maid of honor, and I think Porsha needs to emcee as the officiant," said Hannah.
