Heather Dubrow Clarifies Her Past Super Bowl Party Drama with Shannon Storms Beador and Tamra Judge
Here's where The Real Housewives of Orange County ladies stand today.
Heather Dubrow found herself in some Real Housewives-level drama even after she exited The Real Housewives of Orange County following Season 11.
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen back in 2017, Shannon Storms Beador revealed that things were a bit rocky between her and Heather after her RHOC departure. "I was invited to a Christmas party, but I couldn't go," Shannon said after confirming that she hadn't seen the inside of Heather's house yet at that time (although Shannon would later see the home in the RHOC Season 16 premiere). "And then Tamra [Judge] and I were invited to a Super Bowl party. We were told to save the date, but then we never got the details."
Now more than four years later, Heather has set the record straight on that invitation. During a round of "Do! You! Regret It!?" on WWHL on December 1, Andy Cohen asked Heather if she would want a do-over of some of the buzziest RHOC-related moments over the years, including if she regrets not sending Shannon and Tamra invites to that aforementioned Super Bowl party.
Heather told Andy that she actually didn't regret not sending those invitations to Shannon and Tamra, which surprised the WWHL host, who noted that it seemed like Heather wanted to distance herself from the ladies after she exited RHOC. "It was time to move on," Heather clarified.
Of course, Heather has now returned to RHOC for the current Season 16, and Shannon previously expressed how excited she was that the two of them would be spending time together again in a video first shared exclusively with Bravo Insider members. "I am so hopeful that as Heather comes back this season, that she and I are gonna get right back into the laughing zone, because that's a lot of fun," Shannon said after reminiscing about how much fun the two had during the girls' trip to Ireland in Season 11. "So I am looking forward to Heather Dubrow coming back, and Season 16 is gonna be something else."
In the RHOC Season 16 premiere, which aired on December 1, Shannon gave Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson an idea of what they can expect from Heather. "She is flipping funny, she is fun, she's generous, she's giving," Shannon described. "I'm excited to see her."
Heather also similarly told her friend, Nicole, and new OC Housewife Noella Bergener in the episode that she has enjoyed reconnecting with Shannon recently. "You know what's funny? I called her, and we had a really nice conversation," Heather shared. "And she definitely hit the nostalgia button for me, and I'm willing to take that chance."
We'll have to wait and see how things unfold between Heather and Shannon this season, although judging by the end of the premiere episode and the trailer for Season 16, it's clear that there's some major conflict on the way for all of the women.
As for Heather's friendship with Tamra following that Super Bowl party drama, she shared during the WWHL After Show that the two are still very much in touch. "She sent lovely messages today. Really sweet," Heather said of receiving well wishes from Tamra on the day of the RHOC Season 16 premiere (clip below). "Like, 'Go kill it. Make it great.' She was great."
You can watch Heather reflect more on her time on RHOC from Wednesday's WWHL, including the only two regrets she has from previous seasons of the show. But does Heather regret one of her shadiest quotes of all time that was previously said to a fellow OC Housewife? Press play below to find out.
