So what's her secret to keeping fit? "I am working out three days a week with my trainer," Kyle told E! Online. "And I'm just trying to eat really well."
But if you don't have the moolah to employ a trainer of your own, Kyle has a few good ideas on how to burn some cals and still have fun. "On the other days, I'm trying to hike with my mommy friends and do yoga and do whatever I can," Kyle said.
Back in season 2, Kyle said she packed on a few pounds due to the stress of her relationship with sister Kim Richards. "I'm just one of those people who gets stressed and gains weight," Kyle said back then.
Luckily, the Beverly Hills brunette finds that a regular workout is what keeps her feeling healthy, both inside and out. "Women should remember we have to take care of ourselves," said Kyle, who has frequently said she's not averse to a little plastic surgery too. "Exercise makes me much better mentally. It keeps me sane."
