How Did the Women of Married to Medicine Welcome Phaedra Parks to Season 10?
Enter Phaedra Parks, formerly of The Real Housewives of Atlanta fame and now bringing her talents to Married to Medicine.
The ladies of Married to Medicine are back for a tenth season. And while we're catching up with plenty of familiar faces, there are some newbies in the mix as well.
One in particular isn't a stranger to Bravo fans: Enter Phaedra Parks, formerly of The Real Housewives of Atlanta fame and now bringing her talents to Married to Medicine.

In the Season 10 premiere, we see Phaedra join Dr. Heavenly Kimes and Dr. Jackie Walters for a shopping spree at The Vault in Atlanta. Dressed in a skin-tight bodysuit, Phaedra makes her slow-mo entrance as Dr. Heavenly and Dr. Jackie comment on how great she looks.
"I've actually known Phaedra for years," Dr. Heavenly explains in a confessional. "I see her at social events. I mean, she's a boss. She owns several businesses, she's an attorney."
"Phaedra Parks is that girl," Dr. Jackie says. "She's smart, she's witty, she's slick as oil on a wet highway."
Dr. Heavenly made sure to ask Phaedra about her dating life, as well, which resulted in Phaedra revealing that she'd been dating a pediatric cardiologist from Nigeria for over a year.

With the romance out of the way, the subject shifted to something a bit more dramatic: Quad Webb and her complicated relationships with some of the other ladies. Phaedra is friends with Quad and has kept up with her during her travels to South Africa and Mexico after the Season 9 Reunion drama.
Will Phaedra's connections between warring parties result in this group healing the divides? Or will things look a bit more like Sweet Tea's Texas-themed party, where the newcomer caught some flack from the other ladies for coming across as a "gold digger" (Phaedra's words). Phaedra assures the women that Quad holds no real animosity over her divorce from Dr. Gregory or over his new relationship with Lateasha — but we have plenty of Season 10 left to see how any potential drama goes down.
Married to Medicine Season 10 premieres Sunday, November 5 at 9:15 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. Stream new episodes the next day on Peacock.
