You may recall that Ryan shut down Times Square to propose to his now-wife Emilia Bechrakis on Season 4 of Million Dollar Listing New York. When Ryan appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on October 21, Andy Cohen read a viewer's question asking the dollar amount it took to officially take over Times Square.
"It was hundreds of thousands [of dollars]," he admitted.
Come again? Hey, as Ryan reminded us: "It was shutting down Times Square!"
