Ryan Serhant Paid Big Money to Shut Down Times Square

How much money does it take to shut down Times Square? Whatever you're thinking, quadruple it, because Ryan Serhant just gave us the real (ballpark) number and our jaws dropped.

You may recall that Ryan shut down Times Square to propose to his now-wife Emilia Bechrakis on Season 4 of Million Dollar Listing New York. When Ryan appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on October 21, Andy Cohen read a viewer's question asking the dollar amount it took to officially take over Times Square.

"It was hundreds of thousands [of dollars]," he admitted.

Come again? Hey, as Ryan reminded us: "It was shutting down Times Square!"
