Read the touching story of how the show is changing an elderly woman's life.
They say laughter is the best medicine, and a touching story that was shared on Instagram is proving that to truly be the case.
The People's Couch's Princella Zeno recently tweeted out a comment she got from Instagram user middlefingertou who shared that her 83-year-old aunt is very ill. So when she heard the elderly woman making loud noises from another room, she was immediately concerned that something was wrong.
"I bust in her room and she literally had tears in her eyes from laughing so hard at #thepeoplescouch," the Instagram user reveals. "She has dementia but remembers the channel your show comes on along with the day of the week and time."
"We appreciate the laughs," she signed off.
Awwww! Obviously, nothing unites generations of people more than snarking on television shows together! Be sure to tune into the season finale of The People's Couch tonight at 10/9c.
