Find out How Eddie Judge Is "Making Progress" with His Heart Issues
The RHOC husband has been dealing with health problems, but offered an update on his status.
Tamra Judge recently offered a little update on how Eddie Judge is feeling these days (video above) and now we're hearing from The Real Housewives of Orange County husband himself about his current health status.
Eddie headed to Instagram on Tuesday and shared he's "making progress" after being diagnosed with AFib (aka atrial fibrillation, an irregular and often rapid heart rate) in 2018. He has been taking on more and more physical activities lately, including running indoors.
"Indoor running is not as much fun as outdoor but I am on a mission to ramp up my running as safe and effective as I can to protect my [heart]. Occasionally, I have to do it in a controlled environment that allows me to track my progress and today was a great day to report that I’m making progress. My goal is to be able to run in my aerobic zone with little to no effort," he shared. He's also been tackling other activities including weight training, as well as leg workouts with Tamra.
He also recently discussed why he's been so open with his followers about his health journey: "Is it ever too late to start over? NEVER! Today is DAY 1 of my journey back to lifting weights. I am posting it here to help keep me motivated and accountable. I know that when I say I’m going to do something I do it however, I have struggled with the desire to lift weights again following my journey with AFib. I feel good today and ready to commit."
