Is Phaedra Parks Rooting for Kim Fields on Dancing with the Stars?

This season Kim Fields joined the long list of 'Wives who have taken to the floor on Dancing with the Stars. With two weeks of dancing behind her, The Real Housewives of Atlanta newbie and partner Sasha Farber are a few steps closer to winning that famed mirror ball trophy. And you can bet that Phaedra Parks is cheering on her pal from afar. 

"I'm so happy for her. Now Kim did very well from what I heard from the first episode. I haven't personally seen it because I was actually traveling [at the time], but I'm rooting for her," Phaedra told The Daily Dish. "I mean we didnt get to see her do any dancing [on RHOA] and she didn't seem to really know what twerking was on our show, but she is married to a very trained, high-level dancing husband and he can cut a rug. And if she listens to him and he teaches her some steps, she could possibly have the mirror ball to add to her collection of goodies."

DWTS producers might want to keep Phaedra in mind when it comes to casting Season 23, as she revealed she'd be more than down to bring her talents to the series. "Oh, definitely [I'd do it]! Honey, you lose a gang of weight dancing six hours a day for rehearsal. But I don't want to be too rail thin now. I got the moves, honey," Phaedra said. "I love to dance and we've seen it on the show. I have done everything from the waltz to clogging to you know, swing dancing. I really love to dance, so I would welcome that experience because everyone from Gladys Knight down to Patti LaBelle told me that it was hands-down one of the best experiences that they ever had." 

Whether or not Kim will return to Atlanta a DWTS winner has yet to be determined, but Phaedra admits she's definitely left a unique impression on the RHOA crew during her first season. "I think I was closest to Kim Fields, and I like Kim and I think it takes all different types of personalities to make the show successful because that's what's brilliant about the show. You've got these different women with these big personalities who come together and try to act like they're succinct, which turns into a debacle," Phaedea said. "She was interesting in that she didn't quite engage like we are used to engaging with people who have been apart of the show, and that was different."

While Kim did remain on her best behavior throughout most of the season, she definitely showed off her fesity side during Part 3 of the RHOA reunion, as you can see below.
