Is Sonja Morgan Ready to Sell Her Famous NYC Townhouse?
The #RHONY mom reveals what's next for her in the real estate department.
Don't expect to see moving trucks outside of Sonja Morgan's home anytime soon. The Real Housewives of New York City mom is clearing up rumors that she's selling her famous Morgan Manor, telling Entertainment Tonight that her home is not on the market.
“I’m not [selling]. I've been advised to keep it, because it's an investment. It's my biggest investment right now. Coming out my Chapter 11, I need to hold on for a while," she explained, adding, “You sell when you can buy something more expensive. When you can keep your houses and afford them, it’s the thing to do … we’re in New York. We’re in 10065. It’s the best zip code in the world!”
That being said, with Sonja staying put in her famous townhouse for a while longer, if you should find yourself to be a a lucky houseguest of hers in the future, we got the lowdown from Tinsley Mortimer on the do's and don'ts of living at Morgan Manor. "There are rules to follow too that I didn't necessarily know all of them in the beginning," Tinsley shared with The Daily Dish earlier this season. Wondering what they are?
