Jacqueline Laurita Is Seeing Changes In Son Nicholas
The 'RHONJ' star shares update on his autism.
Anyone who watches The Real Housewives of New Jersey knows that Jacqueline Laurita has become a fierce advocate for autistic children after her own son Nicholas, now 4, was diagnosed.
Now, in an interview with OK! Magazine, Jacqueline reveals that she has seen some changes in her little boy. "He’ll request and repeat things, but he can’t respond to questions," she says. "He likes to dance."
Earlier this year, Jacqueline explained why she decided to reveal her son's diagnosis, saying, "I know how much others' stories, information and resources have helped me…[We want to] help others by sharing our story."
The compassionate Housewife, who is opening an Altruistic Beauty Medspa and has been blogging about her experiences on autism on Parenting.com, goes on to express her gratitude for fans of RHONJ. "I feel the most grateful that so many people have reached out to help after my son Nicholas’ autism diagnosis."
The season finale of The Real Housewives of New Jersey premieres this Sunday at 8 PM.
