James Corden Spoofs Kanye West's Latest Video, Fade, And It's Hilarious
The late-night talk show host puts his own playful spin on Yeezy's new video.
If you're still trying to decipher Kanye West's latest head-scratching video for his The Life of Pablo track, "Fade," James Corden's spoof probably won't help you understand it any better. But it will certainly make you giggle. One day after Yeezy premiered the video at the 2016 VMAs, The Late Late Show host had a little fun at the rapper's expense (as he previously did with Beyoncé's Lemonade). James intercut real scenes from the video of the very-sexy Teyana Taylor dancing in a gym with those of him perplexed by her equally-risque workout routine (which, in case you haven't seen it, is basically just her dancing provocatively in said gym wearing nothing more than a thong and sports bra).
“Sorry, do you mind, because it’s sort of a public gym. We all have to work out at the same… wow," he tells her in the revamped clip.
As the video progresses, James becomes more and more annoyed at her laser-focused routine, and as the video ends (with Teyana transformed into a cat, surrounded by sheep), James has clearly reached his limit. “A lot of us only joined this gym because of its zero sheep policy!” he reminded her.
