Jax Taylor Has One Big Question About Lisa Vanderpump's SUR Staff Photo Shoots
The #PumpRules model weighs in on the annual ritual and this year's "odd" concept.
It's the most wonderful time of the year when Lisa Vanderpump gathers up all her SURvers for the annual SUR staff photo shoot. And, as you might recall, the concepts can get pretty sexy, verge on adorable, and occasionally very naked. This year, as we saw on Monday's Vanderpump Rules, was no exception. But, you see, the annual occurrence leaves one SURver a little baffled by its existence.
"We've done this every season and I've never seen one picture, not one," Jax Taylor told The Daily Dish. "So I don't know where these SUR photos are going. There must be multiple pictures of SUR photos somewhere, but since we've done this photo shoot the last five years, I have not seen one picture — not one."
This year's theme was no less sexy than years prior, with Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix even stripping down for it (clip above). Though Jax was a bit confused by the theme, which included a final staff photo that, let's face it, looked a little like it was meant to pay homage to Leonardo da Vinci's famous "The Last Supper" painting. "I know, it's a little weird," Jax said. "It was a little odd."

Though he can't hate on Tom and Ariana for enjoying themselves so much. "I guess we kind of ran out of themes. We've been doing it every year. I don't know why we keep doing new themes when the pictures haven't even come out," he said. "I guess [Lisa']s saving them for something. It was the first time we've done it at SUR in a long time, usually we do it on location. But it was interesting. If I remember correctly I think Tom and Ariana got really into like [with the] fruit [and being] naked. They were like super excited for it. I think Tom was a little more than Ariana because anytime he can do anything kind of homoerotic is kind of exciting for him."
