Judging by the Flipping Out designer's caption, it's clear that Monroe is ready for her close-up. "Monroe is ready for her Flipping Out premiere tonight. #stagedad," Jeff wrote in the post.
In fact, Jeff brought his daughter to work as his "new intern" not long after she was born in October.
