RHOSLC's Jennie Nguyen on How Past Loss Has Impacted Her Marriage to Husband Duy
The RHOSLC newcomer gets emotional opening up about expanding her family in this preview of the next episode.
Jennie Nguyen and her husband, Duy Tran, haven't been seeing eye to eye this season of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. While Duy wants to have more children beyond the couple's three kids, Jennie has told her husband that she is happy with their family of five the way it is.
Now at a crossroads in her marriage, Jennie decides to confide in Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks about how she and her family should move forward amid this dilemma in the above first look at the next episode of RHOSLC airing Sunday, October 17 at 9/8c exclusive to Bravo Insider members.
In the clip, Jennie tells Lisa and Meredith that she is experiencing "a little issue" with her marriage, explaining how she and Duy do not agree on the future of their family. She then opens up about the heartache she has gone through while growing her family, including several miscarriages and her second pregnancy resulting in a stillbirth.
Of course, experiencing that kind of loss has had a profound effect on the couple. "He's not comfortable telling me how he's feeling," Jennie says of her husband after going through that trauma, noting of Duy's hope for more children, "It's hard, but I can't do it."
Jennie opens up more about this heartbreaking loss in the above clip and gets some valuable advice from Meredith on how the couple can work through their issues.
