Jill Kargman's New Book Reveals What She Learned from Sister-in-Law Drew Barrymore

The #OddMomOut star is releasing a "new naughty essay collection" this September.

By Laura Rosenfeld

Jill Kargman is coming back to a bookstore near you. The Odd Mom Out star announced on Twitter Tuesday that her "new naughty essay collection" Sprinkle Glitter on My Grave: Observations, Rants, and Other Uplifting Thoughts About Life is available for pre-order now.

Although the macabre title and cover of this book might suggest otherwise, Sprinkle Glitter on My Grave is all about what Jill has learned about living. Through essays, musings, lists, and outrages, Jill will be imparting the wisdom she has gained about life from "her death-obsessed family" and her sister-in-law Drew Barrymore, whose cheery disposition is the exact opposite of Jill's Goth chic aesthetic. The Odd Mom Out star will also explore the meaning of life through experiences ranging from swimming with sharks off the coast of South Africa to partying it up at a Gay Pride parade. Whatever subject pops up in Jill's new book, it's sure to be witty, quirky, and altogether entertaining.

Sprinkle Glitter on My Grave will be the latest of several books from this New York Times bestselling author, which include The Ex-Mrs. Hedgefund, Sometimes I Feel Like a Nut, and Momzillas. Jill will also be back to serve as executive producer and star of Odd Mom Out when it returns for Season 2.

Sprinkle Glitter on My Grave hits stores September 6, 2016.

While we wait for Jill's new book and the return of Odd Mom Out, relive this unforgettable moment from Season 1 of the show, below.
