Jill Kargman Is Hanging Out with Some "Bad Moms" in Her First Hollywood Movie
And the #OddMomOut star kind of has her dermatologist to thank.
Jill Kargman is bringing the Upper East Side to Hollywood. The Odd Mom Out star will be making her feature film debut in the upcoming A Bad Moms Christmas.
Jill gave Jimmy Fallon all the dirt on what it was like to appear in her first Hollywood movie (or as she put it, to be "popping my Hollywood cherry with the most star-studded cast ever") on The Tonight Show Thursday, saying it was "very surreal," "very exciting," and "so cool." We mean, how could appearing in the sure-to-be-hilarious follow-up to Bad Moms with stars like Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, and Kathryn Hahn be anything but amazing?
Though Jill has already conquered the worlds of books and TV, none other than her dermatologist always knew she was destined for the big screen. "I went to go to this doctor, and he's like, 'There's this brand-new drug called Accutane, and you should try it. I'll make [your acne] go away. You could be on a movie screen. You could be on a big screen when you're done with this.' And I was like, 'OK, I'll get right on that,'" Jill told Jimmy in her signature sarcastic sass. "He's probably in that great dermatologist's office in the sky now, but I can't believe he was right!"
