Jill Zarin Comes Clean About her New Look
RHONY star says a "liquid facelift" – not plastic surgery – has her all aglow.
After Jill Zarin walked the carpet at the TV Land Awards looking noticeably... refreshed... many believed the secret to her new look was the surgical. Nuh-uh says the Real Housewives of New York City star.
"I have a liquid facelift every six months," Jill tells People. "It really works. No knives!"
In case you're not in the liquid loop, the procedure consists of only injectables – no cutting, no surgery. Jill says she visits top-notch dermatological surgeon Patricia Wexler for Restylane shots along the sides of her jaw and face. "I won't say it doesn't hurt, but it's 100 percent worth it," J continues. "She took ten years off my face."
This fountain of youth doesn't come with a cheap price tag. The 47-year-old shells out between $1,000 and $3,000 each visit, and also treats her neck to a Botox bath. "I'm scared I'm going to get a turkey neck. It runs in my family," the Secrets of a Jewish Mother author spills.
Jill also gives credit for her revamped visage to hair and makeup artist Jim Crawford, who got rid of her bangs to reframe her face, and "put brown contouring makeup on my nose and thinned it out."
