Jim Edmonds Wants a Clean Slate in 2020: “Day One of Trying to Start Over”
“I will not allow lies and false accusations to bring me down ever again,” the RHOC alum said.
Jim Edmonds is standing up to what he feels are misperceptions in 2020. He reportedly filed for divorce just one day after his fifth wedding anniversary to The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Meghan King Edmonds in October and has been plagued with infidelity rumors ever since, which he has denied. He moved into the dream home that the former couple were building together in St. Louis and celebrated the holidays with his seven children while Meghan, the mother of Jim's daughter, Aspen, and his twin boys Hayes and Hart, has started over with a new abode in Los Angeles.
After a difficult year, Meghan recently declared on Instagram that she plans to "manifest the s--t outta all the good stuff that’s gonna happen to me in 2020," and Jim took to the app as well to make resolutions for the new year.
"Day one of trying to start over (yes it took me this long). I allowed my situation to get the best of me, but I will not allow lies and false accusations to bring me down ever again. I’m finally back in the gym and trying to get myself together. The struggle is real for all of us... me included! Thank you to everyone that supported me. #onedayatatime #support," he wrote as the caption to an Instagram picture of himself pumping iron in the gym.
Note that Jim's T-shirt reads, "You ain't worth the whiskey."
