Phaedra Parks' Advice for Teresa Giudice: "This Too Shall Pass"

The #RHOA mom feels for her fellow Housewife as Joe Giudice begins his prison sentence.

By Jocelyn Vena

As Teresa Giudice begins her stint as a single mom, while husband Joe Giudice serves his 41-month prison sentence, there's another 'Wife who understands her position. In September 2014, Phaedra Parks' estranged husband Apollo Nida began his 8-year sentence for fraud and identity theft (she later separated from him the following month). With Apollo away, Phaedra has been raising her two sons, Ayden and Dylan, on her own. And if The Real Housewives of New Jersey mama is looking for some advice on how to bring up her four daughters in Joe's absence, Phaedra has some important words of wisdom.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey on Peacock and the Bravo app.

"My advice is always just to [be] prayerful and to just know that you're not alone," The Real Housewives of Atlanta mom told The Daily Dish exclusively. "My husband nor her husband are the first husbands to go to prison, they won't be the last. And you know the most important thing are her children, those beautiful daughters that they have together. And this too shall pass."

Joe entered the FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey on Wednesday, March 23. As it turns out, it's the same prison where Apollo is serving out his sentence. In the days before he entered prison, Joe got in some quality family time, including a tear-filled outing to New York's famed Magnolia Bakery, which you can watch below.
