The MDLLA couple tells The Daily Dish about the "heart-to-heart" that got them "on the same page" after a challenging year.
Josh Altman and Heather Altman are opening up about how a challenging year in business impacted their family life.
In a trailer for Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 15, Heather expressed concern over her husband's work/life balance, declaring, "Josh is not ever going to stop. It may kill me."
In another preview of MDLLA's Season 15 premiere (set to air July 10), the couple shares more details on some of the struggles they have been navigating.
"We're in a difficult market," Josh says in the clip, which you can watch above. "I have no choice but to take every listing. So, I don't have any extra time. I'm working on overdrive, and, yeah, it's a stress on the family, one hundred percent."
Citing the Altman Brothers' growing business in Orange County, Heather explains, "With us expanding to OC, it's exhausting."
"It's a stressful year," she adds before turning to Josh to ask, "But at the end of the day, it's gonna be good, right?" With a laugh, Josh responds, "It better be good, or we're f-cked."

Josh and Heather Altman Are Building a New Home in Miami (EXCLUSIVE)
Josh and Heather Altman give an update on their marriage
In a June 27 interview with The Daily Dish, Heather shared why she and Josh were struggling to balance their careers with their home lives, and how they ultimately got through it together.
"We had a very busy, busy year for us," she said. "We’ve always been busy, but this past year, expanding into different territories, building an office, building a house [in Orange County], I’m also doing an investment property that we have, we have a penthouse in Miami that we’re building, I’m just spread in so many different directions unlike any other time."
"And now, I’ve got two kids that are in different activities and tutoring," she continued, "It felt very overwhelming."
With all of that on her plate, Heather came to the conclusion that something needed to change.
"It finally took over me, and I had a moment, a big realization of, ‘Hey we can’t keep going at the rate that we’re going. It’s not physically possible and it’s not fun anymore, and I want to enjoy life,'" she explained. "So we had an epiphany and had a good heart-to-heart, and we’re on the same page now [that] we’ve grown this company to where we want it right now. We don’t need to be opening more offices, and we also don’t need to be collecting more real estate at the moment [where] I need to manage construction sites."
Currently, The Altman Brothers team has offices in several locations.
"We have L.A. We have the Newport Beach office. We have the San Diego office. We have our Scottsdale, Arizona, Altman Brothers, and we have our Las Vegas, Nevada, Altman Brothers," Josh shared with The Daily Dish. "That’s it. We’re done. We wanted those five. We thought they were important to crisscross the business with buyers in all those areas, and we got that now."
