Listen up, everyone: Kandi Burruss has a new song about to drop — and it's sassy AF. The track, titled "Fake People," is a true anthem, and on it The Real Housewives of Atlanta singer is calling out anyone who isn't being authentic and only adding drama to her life. She teased the track on Instagram on Thursday, noting the full song premieres Friday on all digital platforms. Also, she added: "If you can’t f--- with the fake this is for you."

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Peacock and the Bravo App.

The song is a perky, poppy, R&B track that shows off Kandi's flair for bold and brassy lyrics ("No Scrubs," anyone?). On it, she sings, "I can't f--- with fake people. They always want something for nothing, but they ain't doing nothing for me. I can't f--- with fake people. Smile in my face, no doubt while you plotting on me." And while she's gifted us all with a small snippet, we're already addicted.

Kandi has definitely been more active in her music career as of late. She, of course, reunited with Xscape last year. And while she doesn't have plans to record new music with the group, she will perform at Essence Festival again with them this summer. She's also been busy playing Mama Morton in Chicago on Broadway through mid March.

Below, Kandi Burruss reflects a bit more on her crazy career in the music industry.
