Kandi Burruss Reunites with Xscape Bandmates for First Meeting in Two Decades and It's Making Us Emotional

Kandi Burruss is ready to return to her roots with Xscape, the R&B band that turned her into a teenage star and is subject of current dueling biopics. The Real Housewives of Atlanta entrepreneur is all in on a reunion with all the original members (Kandi, Tameka "Tiny" Harris, sisters LaTocha and Tamika Scott) and their first meeting in 20 years was documented on a recent episode of T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle.

Absent from the meeting is LaTocha, who they briefly FaceTime during the momentous occasion. The tension between her and Kandi is palpable, but Kandi still manages to crack a joke about how LaTocha is now going to be responsible to hit one of the most impossible high notes in their discography.

Kandi Burruss Recalls the Highs & Lows of Xscape

In the clip, Kandi also recalls a fun memory from when the group was on the road back in the day: They had a water gun fight with Tupac Shakur! "He was sooo mad," Tiny laughs, remembering the man who her estranged husband T.I. was recently dressed like for a tribute at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

"Not too much, it didn't get that far," she clarifies after saying she got real close to the late rapper. "Could have."
